You will need to access the network drives for shared files, as well as backing up your local data to your H drive. Your network drive labeled as H: is secure and others do not have access to it. This is where you will want to save a copy of your desktop & my documents to prevent from losing data.
To get to your network drives, you will need to double click to run the Mapped Drives file in the Remote Access folder on your desktop. If working Remote, you must connect to the VPN first.
You should then see the network drives in Windows File Explorer under “This PC”
To access Windows File Explorer, right click on the Windows Logo, bottom left of screen, and select File Explorer. Or click on the Folder on the bottom menu bar. Keyboard shortcut (Windows Key + E)
