How to update/change your Phone for MFA codes.
You can manage this by logging in to portal.microsoft.com

https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info
If not, log in to Portal.Microsoft.com then click on your initials at top right, and View Account.
Then select Security Info (Update info)
Then select Change for phone number
